Ardie Harrison is an accomplished HR executive with over 28 years of leadership experience. As the SVP of Strategy & Client Development at HR Knowledge Source (HRKS), a business consulting firm specializing in Human Capital Management, she leads the firm’s retained consultancy efforts and oversees recruitment through The Recruitment Alliance, HRKS’s talent management subsidiary. Ardie is also a Senior Human Resources Consultant with the Human Capital Consultants Consortium (H3C), where she advises on high-level human capital strategies.

Ardie has held influential leadership positions across a range of industries, including telecommunications, law enforcement, government, education, automotive, and professional services. A highly regarded executive coach and dynamic speaker, she is a Certified Facilitator for ELI, Inc.'s Civil Treatment Program, a Certified Professional Coach, and a Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). Her facilitation work includes leadership and diversity programs for Meta (formerly Facebook), enhancing inclusion and performance for today’s complex workforce.

A committed leader within the HR community, Ardie served three consecutive terms as President of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) Atlanta Chapter, leaving a lasting impact on the organization’s mission and outreach.
