Chris Jarvis is the Executive Director of the RW Institute (RWI) and Chief Strategy Officer at Realized Worth, bringing over two decades of pioneering work in corporate citizenship and social impact. As co-founder of both organizations, Chris has worked to transform traditional approaches to corporate social responsibility (CSR) through innovative frameworks and evidence-based methodologies.

Currently, Chris leads RWI's groundbreaking Prosocial Makerspace, an experiential innovation hub where companies and social impact professionals collaborate to solve complex social challenges. This initiative reflects his vision of moving beyond conventional learning models to create dynamic environments where practical solutions emerge through hands-on experimentation and cross-sector collaboration.

Drawing from multi-level selection theory (evolutionary biology), neuroscience and behavioral science, Chris has architected a unique approach that integrates concepts like "social genome editing" with practical corporate citizenship applications. Under his leadership, RWI's Makerspace brings together diverse stakeholders in specialized labs - from AI in Practice to Behavioral Science - fostering innovations that drive systemic change in corporate citizenship.
