Randy Wootton is a seasoned Go-To-Market (GTM) executive with over two decades of experience helping marketing, sales, and FinTech companies develop and scale their SaaS capabilities. He currently serves as the CEO of Maxio, the leading provider of billing and financial operations solutions for high-growth B2B SaaS companies. Randy's leadership at Maxio is focused on enabling SaaS businesses to optimize and scale their financial operations through cutting-edge solutions.

Previously, Randy was the Chief Strategy Officer and President at Percolate, a Seismic company, where he was responsible for Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships. Before leading Percolate's sale to Seismic in 2019, Randy served as the CEO of Percolate, driving its transformation from a mid-market social media product to a globally recognized content marketing platform serving enterprise clients.

Randy also served as CEO of Rocket Fuel (FUEL), a first-generation AI-powered company, where he successfully led the company through a privatization process. Prior to Rocket Fuel, Randy held senior leadership positions at Microsoft and Salesforce, where he managed sales, service, and marketing teams, driving significant business growth.

In addition to his executive career, Randy is a board member of two companies: Guidant, a tech-enabled service company helping entrepreneurs finance their ventures, and Opal, a content marketing platform.
