As an entrepreneur and CEO, Tim has an extensive background in management, customer service, innovation, and starting and running companies. As the Chief Executive officer of Scenthound, Tim is responsible for leading and empowering the leadership team and is the driver of innovation and strategic thinking to push the brand forward.

Tim’s superpower is asking the right questions, identifying barriers, and offering creative process-driven solutions.

Tim also actively leads a national group of Franchise CEOs in a Forum designed for leaders to share their learned knowledge and best practices with each other. Tim was also a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) for over 12 years and ran the accelerator program there where he coached other entrepreneurs and helped them achieve their goals. He is also a member of the board at Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Titus Center for Franchising.
